O R D E R
1. The present petition has been filed by the
petitioner–wife seeking transfer of petition bearing
No.A/975/2020 titled "Kunal versus Riddhi @ Manisha
pending in the Family Court No. 2, Nagpur (Urban),
Nagpur, Maharashtra to the Court of the Principal Judge,
Family Court, Rourkela, Odisha.
2. This Court, vide order dated 23rd August, 2023
referred the dispute between the parties to the Supreme
Court Mediation Centre for amicable settlement. As per
the office report, Mediation report dated 11th October,
2023 has been received from the Supreme Court Mediation
Centre stating therein that the parties could not arrive
at an amicable settlement. Hence, the mediation is
unsuccessful.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, a
case is made out for passing the order of transfer.

4. Accordingly, petition bearing No. A/975/2020 titled
"Kunal v.Riddhi @ Manisha pending in the Family Court No.
2, Nagpur (Urban), Nagpur, Maharashtra is hereby
transferred to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family
Court, Rourkela, Odisha.
5. Records shall be sent by Court where proceedings
are pending to the transferee Court promptly.
