UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
The appeal preferred by the petitioner was dismissed by this
Court vide order dated 03.01.2024.
This Court is apprised that decree passed by the NCDRC has
been satisfied. Now the payment has been made to the respondents.
In the facts quoted above, the suitors’ fund amount of
Rs.50,000/- is directed to be paid to the SCORA (Supreme Court
Advocates-on-Record Association) Welfare Fund.
