Station Nangloi (West), Delhi was lodged against the petitioner on 9 July 2015

initially for alleged offences under Section 315 of the Indian Penal Code 1860.

2 From the record of this case, it appears that though the FIR was lodged on 9 July

2015 in connection with a death which too...
