O R D E R
1) The present petition under Article 32 of the
Constitution of India has been filed seeking the following
reliefs:
“(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the Respondent No.2 JKEDI to issue appropriate relieving letter to the Petitioner herein recording his employment till 31.01.2023 as also perform all such actions required under law applicable in the case of the Petitioner herein. (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or order directing the Respondent No.2 JKEDI to make payment of salary to the Petitioner herein along with an interest of 12% p.a. from 01.04.2020 to 31.01.2023 as he had been rendering his services to Respondent No.2, JKEDI for the said period. (iii) direct the Respondent No.3 UT of Ladakh to make payment of salary to the Petitioner herein for the service rendered by him from 01.02.2023 till date along with interest @ 12% p.a. (iv) to pass such other orders and further orders as may be deemed necessary on the facts and in the circumstances of the case.”
