After some arguments learned counsel the petitioner seeks to
withdraw the petition and requests for some time to surrender and
apply for regular bail.
We grant time to the petitioner to surrender on or before
02.01.2021 and apply for regular bail and on such application being
filed the same will be considered as expeditiously as possible.
