UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is granted four weeks’
time to file affidavit alongwith proof of dasti service with
regard to the service on the sole respondent, in light of
the Hon’ble Court’s order dated 2.8.2024. It has been
submitted by the Ld. counsel appearing for the petitioner
that he wishes to furnish the second address of the sole
respondent. Let the same be furnished within a week. Dasti
service be done on the second address, as prayed.
