UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard Mr. Abdul Azeem Kalebudde, learned counsel for the
petitioner. Taking note that the petitioner was sentenced to one year
Imprisonment and fine of Rs.3,000/-, subject to deposit of the fine
before the Trial Court within two weeks, I deem it appropriate to
allow this application for exemption from surrendering. It is
ordered accordingly.
