Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 has already stated that
he does not wish to file counter affidavit. This statement is
taken on record.
In respect of respondent nos. 3 and 4, learned counsel for the
petitioner has taken fresh steps and filed fresh particulars. But
names of both respondents vary from the petition.
At this stage, learned counsel submits that name of respondent
no. 4 is B. Ravi Shankar instead of P. Ravi Shankar, as mentioned
in the SLP and that is due to typographical error, which can also
be verified from the records of the NCDRC. Registry to verify both
the names and if it is so, process be issued to the said
