Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
We do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned
order passed by the High Court. However, taking into consideration
the facts and circumstances of the case, the appearance of the
petitioner is dispensed with until and unless it is required by the
Court.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
