UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner (wife) seeks transfer of the Divorce Case
filed by the respondent (husband), pending at Jammu to Patiala
House Court, New Delhi.
Mr. Rishi Malhotra, learned Counsel submits that the
petitioner has filed a case under the Domestic Violence Act
against the respondent and in-laws and also filed an FIR
before the Vasant Vihar Police Station under Section 498A and
other provisions of the IPC and the respondent is required to
attend to those proceedings at Delhi.
