ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the
petitioner-wife seeking transfer of H.M.O.P. No. 82
of 2022, titled as “Kaithepally Srinivas Vs.
Munnangi Ramathulasi” (subject-case) pending in the
Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, FTC,
Luxettipet, Adilabad District, Telangana State to
the Family Court, Tenali, Guntur District, Andhra
Pradesh.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
In spite of service, none appears for the
respodent.
On considering the facts and circumstances
on the basis of which the petitioner seeks transfer
of the subject-case, we are satisfied that it would
be expedient for the ends of justice to transfer
the subject-case as asked for by the petitioner.
We order accordingly.
The records of the proceedings shall be sent

to the Family Court, Tenali, Guntur District,
Andhra Pradesh and the transferee Court shall
proceed in the matter from the stage at which the
matter is transferred to it.
The Transfer Petition stands allowed
accordingly.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand
disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
