UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has drawn attention of
the Court to the order dated 28.07.2023 passed in Civil Appeal
No.4067 of 2022, which was dismissed and the statutory deposit of
Rs.50,000/- made by the appellant was directed to be refunded to
the appellant’s counsel.
2. Office to comply with the order dated 28.07.2023 in Civil
Appeal No.4067 of 2022 forthwith.
3. Thus, there is no further requirement to pass any order in the
present M.A. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application is disposed
