UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Sole respondent is granted four weeks’ time for filing
counter affidavit.
A reply to notice has been sent by the sole respondent
through post on 27.08.2024 before engaging an Advocate-on-
record. Hence it cannot be taken on record, as per rules.
At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter
affidavit is filed or not, Registry to process the matter for
listing before the Hon’ble Court as per rules as Hon’ble Court
on 22.07.2024 has directed to issue notice returnable in four
weeks.
