O R D E R
1. A joint application in I.A. No.293319/2024 has been filed by
the learned counsel appearing for both the parties bringing to
the notice of this Court, a Settlement Agreement duly signed
by the parties and attested by the learned counsel for both
the sides dated 25.11.2024, to the effect that the matter has
been resolved between the parties.
2. In line with the settlement, demand drafts, amounting to
Rs.13,50,000/- along with cash amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- have

been paid by the respondent to the appellant towards final
settlement, in the presence of the Court. Copy of the demand
drafts are placed on the file.
3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the
following pending cases/First Information Report are
closed/quashed:-
i. Case No.941/2022 under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
ii. FIR no.1073/2022 dated 03.12.2022 under Sections
498A-323, 504, 506, 307 IPC at PS Auraiya, District
Auraiya, Uttar Pradesh.
iii. Case No.10/2023 under Section 12 of the Domestic
Violence Act.
iv. FIR No.0001/2023 dated 02.01.2023 under Section 379,
420, 120-B IPC at PS Savina, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
