This special leave petition has been filed against an interim order passed by the High Court whereby while admitting the writ petition, it has declined to grant the prayer for interim relief. As this petition is filed against refusal to grant interim relief, we are not inclined to interfere with the same by exercising our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India.
