This transfer petition has been filed by the
petitioner-wife seeking transfer of proceedings in
HMOP No.211 of 2022 titled “Gopavarapu Sathish Kumar
Vs. Gopavarapu Krishna Sahithi” pending before the
Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, Palnadu,
Andhra Pradesh to the Court of Principal Judge,
Family Court, Kothagudem, Telangana.
2. As per office report, service of show-cause
notice is complete but, the respondent has not
entered appearance despite service.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
perused the material placed on record.
4. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such
consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds
urged by the petitioner and accept the same.
Therefore, proceedings being HMOP No.211 of 2022
titled “Gopavarapu Sathish Kumar Vs. Gopavarapu

Krishna Sahithi” pending before the Court of Senior
Civil Judge, Gurazala, Palnadu, Andhra Pradesh is
ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal
Judge, Family Court, Kothagudem, Telangana.
5. The Court at Gurazala, Palnadu, Andhra Pradesh
