O R D E R
1. In spite of being duly served, none appears
for the respondent.
2. We have considered the facts of the case and
grounds on which transfer has been sought. On such
consideration, we are satisfied with the grounds urged by
the petitioner and accept the same. Therefore, Misc.
Case No. 2180 of 2022 titled as “Prakash Singh Bisht vs.
Ku. Shagun Bisht & Ors.” pending in the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow, U.P. is ordered
to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction
at Family Court, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
3. The Family Court, Lucknow, U.P. shall send the
case record to the transferee Court promptly and without
any delay.

4. The parties are permitted to appear through
video-conferencing mode, unless and until their presence
is absolutely necessary.
5. The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed
of.
