consider it appropriate to transfer the Marriage
Petition No.1242/2022, titled Shani Subhash Soni
v. Saritaben Shani Soni, pending before the
J.C.J.S.D, Thane, Maharashtra to the Family Court
of competent jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Records shall be sent by the Court where
proceedings are pending to the transferee Court
promptly and without any delay.

aforesaid terms.
