UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite due service on respondent no.2, there is no

appearance. However, Mr. Animesh Upadhyay, Ld. Advocate appearing

for Ms. Priya Puri, Ld. AOR submits that vakalatnama will be filed

today only and seeks time to file counter affidavit. Four weeks

time, is granted for the said purpose.

Service is not complete in respect of respondent no.3 and Ld.

Counsel for petitioner has failed to file application for

substitution in respect of deceased respondent no.1. However, Ld.

Counsel for petitioner submits that he wishes to file an

application for deletion in respect of said respondents, since no

relief...
