ORDER
1. The petitioner-wife has filed the present petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of a petition for divorce filed by the respondent-
husband under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 bearing H.M.P.
No.1368 of 2017 titled “Deepak Surendrakumar Sharma Vs. Nisha Deepak
Sharma” pending before the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court,
Ahmedabad, Gujarat to the Court of the Family Judge, City Civil court at Jaipur
Rajasthan.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent-husband states that H.M.P. No.1368 of 2017
filed by the respondent-husband sought to be transferred by the petitioner-wife is at
the final stages of arguments, the evidence having already been closed.
3. In view of the advanced stage of proceedings in the caption case, we are not inclined
to entertain the present transfer petition, which is accordingly, dismissed. Pending
application(s), if any, are disposed of.
