Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
None has entered appearance for the
respondent despite service.
On perusal of the records, and the fact
that one case is already pending at Tis Hazari
Courts, New Delhi, we consider it appropriate to
transfer NACT 8532/2019 titled as “Neelam Bhandari
vs. Pawan Malhotra” pending before the Court of
Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gurugram to the
Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, West, Tis Hazari
Courts, New Delhi to be heard along with Ct. Case
No. 1725/2019 titled as “Amba Steels Vs. Pragati
Engineers”.
Records shall be sent by the Court where
proceedings are pending to the transfree Court
promptly and without any delay.

The transfer petition stands allowed in the
aforesaid terms.
