Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the
allegation against him is of impersonation of his father and that
he had the Power of Attorney but the lawyer did not permit the
petitioner to rely on the Power of Attorney in court.
Issue notice.
In the meantime, the petitioner shall not be arrested.
