in regard to the deceased-sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 208 of

In the interest of justice, six weeks time as a last

opportunity is granted to the standing counsel for the State of

Tamil Nadu to do the needful, failing which the Special Leave

Petitions shall stand rejected to the extent of unserved...
