Heard Mr. Manish Kumar Gupta, learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner.
2. The petitioner’s suit C.S. 237/2014 for specific performance
was dismissed for default on 06.10.2016 by the learned Civil Judge
(Senior Division), Gurugram. The aggrieved plaintiff, then filed an
application i.e. APP/3/2021 for restoration of the dismissed suit
to its original number. However, on 09.08.2021, the learned Court
dismissed the said application, by observing that the plaintif...
