1. IA No. 13916/2023 -Learned counsel for the applicants
submits that he does not wish to press this application as he
would prefer another application for waiver of notice on the
respondents 5 to 47.
2. As prayed, application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
3. It is reported that appellants have not filed spare copy for
issuance of notice to the respondent No.4. According to the learned
counsel for the appellants, respondent No.4 is no more alive and
therefore he will move appropriate application in that regard.
