O R D E R

1. Read the office report dated 4th December, 2024.

2. This is a petition under Section 406 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973

seeking transfer of CS No. 57364 of 2024 filed under Section 25 of the

Payments and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, titled “Standard Chartered Bank

vs. Navbharat Filling Station” from the Court of the 15th Metropolitan Magistrate

at Calcutta, West Bengal to the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally,

Hyderabad, Telangana, on the grounds urged therein.

3. Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of

the materials on record including the grounds urged in support of the prayer for

transfer together with the order dated 6th May, 2024 passed by a coordinate

Bench of this Court on another transfer petition1, between the same parties, we

allow the prayer for transfer.

4. Records of CS No. 57364 of 2024 titled “Standard Chartered Bank vs.

Navbharat Filling Station” pending before the Court of the 15th Metropolitan

Magistrate at Calcutta, West Bengal be transferred to the transferee court, i.e.,

the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, Telangana,
