Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 1 has failed to file counter
affidavit despite last opportunity. Further opportunity to file the
counter affidavit is declined.
Service is complete on respondent Nos.2, 3 to 9, 11 and 12,
there is no appearance.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application
for deletion of deceased respondent No. 10 from the array of the
parties. The said application shall be processed for listing before
the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.
