UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The petitioner (wife) seeks transfer of the Divorce Case
filed by the respondent (husband), pending in the Agra Court
to a competent Court at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand.
Mr. Nishant Singh, learned Counsel submits that the
petitioner was thrown out of the matrimonial home at Agra in
March, 2018 and since then she is residing with her parents at
Rishikesh. While the husband has filed the Divorce Case at
Agra, the petitioner herself has filed a case under the
Domestic Violence Act, a complaint at Rishikesh PS & also a
Maintenance case and these proceedings are pending at
Rishikesh.
