Service is complete on respondent nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 6 but
none has entered appearance.
Respondent no.4 is granted four weeks’ time for filing
counter affidavit.
At the end of the period aforesaid, whether counter
affidavit is filed or not, Registry to process the matter for
listing before the Hon’ble Court as per rules as Hon'ble Court
has on 21.10.2024 directed to issue notice, returnable within
four weeks.
