Leave granted.
The Registry in its office report dated
27.11.2024 has reported that the service of notice
is complete on the respondent but no one has
appeared to oppose the anticipatory bail of the
appellant.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
The submission of learned counsel appearing
for the appellant is that one of the co-accused
person had already been granted bail by the High
Court.
This Court while issuing notice had granted
interim protection and had restrained the
respondent from taking coercive steps against the
appellant.

In view of the aforesaid facts and
circumstances of the present case, we deem it
proper to enlarge the appellant on bail in the
event of his arrest. We, accordingly, set aside
the impugned order and direct that in the event the
appellant is arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.
193 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023, registered with
Police Station Bagodar, District-Giridih, he shall
be released on bail on such terms and conditions as
may be imposed by the Trial Court.
The present appeal is allowed in the above
terms.
