Service is deemed to be complete in light of Judgment passed by
this Hon’ble Court in K. Bhaskaran Vs. Sankaran Vaidhyan Balan and
Another, (1999) 7 Supreme Court Cases 510 and order passed by the
Registrar Court in T.P.(C) No(s). 2090/2019 on 13.10.2023. Still
none has entered appearance on behalf of respondent no.1.
SLP has been dismissed in regard to respondent no.2.
