Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is
noticed that the Division Bench of the High Court has reserved the
right to the deity to take action through civil remedy if such
civil remedy is available. We see no reason to interfere with the
impugned order at the instance of the petitioners. The special
leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
