Respondent nos.1 and 2 have already filed counter affidavit.
Respondent no.3 has expired. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner
has submitted that an application seeking deletion of the name of
respondent no.3 from the array of parties would be moved. Let any
such application be moved within two weeks.
If within two weeks application is moved, let the said
application be listed before the Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers, for
kind consideration.
