Leave granted.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the
parties.
We have perused the deposition of PW-1. The
allegation is of violation of Section 52A of the Narcotic
Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The
appellant is in custody since 24th January, 2023.
Therefore, the appellant deserves to be enlarged on bail,
pending trial.
For that purpose, the appellant shall be produced
before the Special Court within a maximum period of one
week from today. The Special Court shall enlarge the
appellant on bail on appropriate terms and conditions
including the condition of regularly and punctually
attending the Trial Court and cooperating with the Trial
Court for early disposal of the case.

The appeal is accordingly allowed.
