O R D E R
This petition is filed by the petitioner(wife) seeking
transfer of HMA Petition No. 581 of 2023 titled as Anubhav
Mehta v. Aastha Bhandari filed by the respondent(husband)
under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955,
pending in Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh,
to the Family Court, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
As per order dated 23.08.2023, with the consent of the
parties, this matter was referred to the Supreme Court
Mediation Centre, New Delhi, for an amicable resolution of the
disputes. Pursuant thereto, parties have amicably resolved
their disputes and have decided to part away from family life.
The terms of settlement have been recorded in settlement
