UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ld. Counsel for petitioner has e-filed an application for
substitution alongwith application for seeking condonation of delay
in filing substitution application and setting aside abatement in
respect of sole respondent but the same is defective. Four weeks
time is granted to cure the defects.
If defects are cured, process the said applications, as per
rules. If not cured, list the matter before the Hon’ble Judge in
Chambers for further orders.
