UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Civil Appeal No.6391 of 2021 titled as, “ITC Limited vs. Ashna
Roy” was decided on 07.02.2023. According to the office report,
none of the parties have filed any application for withdrawal of
the suitors’ fund amounting to Rs.50,000/-, which is lying
deposited with the Court.
2. On the above report of the Registry, the Court on 29.08.2024
had directed for issuing notice to the respondent/party-in-person.
In pursuance thereof, Ms.Aashna Roy-respondent/party-in-person has
appeared virtually and submits that she would be moving an
application within a period of two weeks as she is entitled for the
said amount.
