2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Lakshmi Villas
bank Ltd. whose Regional Manager was respondent no. 2 has merged
with DBS bank.
3. In view of the above, he prays for and is allowed three weeks
time to bring on record the DBS Bank as party respondent.
