1. Although the learned counsel for the petitioner has moved an
application seeking deletion of Respondents No.2, 3 and 4 from the
array of parties, however he submits that it would be better if he
is permitted to seek for dispensation of service on them as their
case is already espoused by the sole petitioner.
2. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner
is permitted to move appropriate application seeking dispensation
of service of notice on Respondents No.2, 3 and 4.
