O R D E R
1 This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner–wife for transfer of
the proceedings in PA No 2808 of 2021 titled “Varun Arjun Bari vs Nikky Varun
Bari” from the Family Court at Pune, Maharashtra to the Court of the Principal
Judge, Family Court, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
2 We have heard counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.
3 Having regard to the interests of justice, we are of the view that an order for the
transfer of the proceedings is warranted. We accordingly allow the transfer
petition and direct that the proceedings in PA No 2808 of 2021 titled “Varun
Arjun Bari vs Nikky Varun Bari” be transferred from the Family Court at Pune,
Maharashtra to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur,
Chhattisgarh.
4 The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to
the transferee court.

5 We request the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raipur, Chhattisgarh to facilitate
the parties in exploring the possibility of a mediated settlement. The parties
shall accordingly appear physically/virtually before the Mediation Centre on the
date fixed by the Family Court.
