O R D E R

1. Leave granted.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

3. With the consent of the parties, the appeal is disposed of

in the following terms :

i) The impugned judgment dated 20th April, 2018 passed in

RFA No.38/2018 by the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi is

set aside.

ii) The appellants undertake to pay a sum of Rs.

21,00,000/- (lump sum) to the respondent towards settlement

of all claims monetary or otherwise.

iii) The instant appellants have deposited a sum of Rs.

13.50 lakhs with the Registry of this Court on 28th August,

2018, which is kept in the shape of a fixed deposit

receipt. Obviously, it has earned some interest, the said

amount alongwith the accrued, upto date, interest shall be

released in favour of the respondent and the short fall of

the agreed amount, if any, shall be made good by the

instant appellants within two weeks, by remitting the

balance amount into the account of the respondent,

particulars whereof shall be supplied within next two days.

iv) The Registry is directed to release the amount

forthwith to the respondents.
