CRIMINAL APPEAL NO.887 OF 2020 (Arising out of SLP (Criminal) No.5958 of 2020)

JEETU ALIAS NEERAJ Appellant

STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH Respondent

Leave granted.

This appeal challenges the order dated 21.10.2020
