Leave granted.
This appeal challenges the order dated 21.10.2020
passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Bench at
Gwalior rejecting M.C.R.C. No.40495 of 2020.
In connection with crime registered pursuant to FIR
No.336 Dated 13.06.2020 with Police Station Karaira,
District Shivpuri, for the offences punishable under
Sections 3 and 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955,
the appellant has been in custody since 19.08.2020.
The record indicates that final report/charge-sheet
has been filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First
Class, Karaira.
The application for bail having been rejected by the
High Court, the present appeal has been preferred.

Considering the length of custody that the appellant
has undergone up till now, in our considered view, the
case for bail is made out.
We, therefore, allow this appeal and while setting-
aside the order passed by the High Court, direct that (i)
the appellant shall be produced before the concerned
Trial Court within three days from today; and (ii) the
Trial Court shall release the appellant on bail, subject
to such conditions as the Trial Court ...
