O R D E R
During the course of hearing, learned counse l for the
appellant, so as to find fault with the impugned judgment dated
24.11.2008 rendered by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at
Jabalpur, placed emphatic reliance on the statement of PW1-Matin
Khan, and PW15-S.K.Seth. PW1 was the injured eye witness and
PW15 was the investigating officer. Learned counsel for th e
appellant also placed reliance on the stat ement of
PW5-Dr.A.K.Jain, in order to bring out the injuries suffered by
the appellant.
