UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioner and respondent no.1 are brothers. An inter se
dispute regarding immovable properties of the family located in
Delhi and Kanpur led to the initiation of multiple cases between
them, especially since the year 2011. On 08.08.2024, this Court
advised them to explore the possibility of amicable settlement
under the aegis of the Supreme Court Mediation Centre. They agreed0
