O R D E R
1 The Transfer Petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of MC No
2473/2022 titled “Durga Prasad Pattnaik Vs Smt Sanghamitra Pattnaik” from the
court of I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore North, Bangalore,
Karnataka to the Family Court at Bhubaneswar, District, Khurda, Odisha.
2 The office report indicates that service is complete, but none has entered
appearance.
3 Having regard to the interest of justice, we are of the view that an order for the
transfer of the proceedings is warranted. We accordingly allow the transfer
petition and direct that MC No 2473/2022 be transferred from the court of I
Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore North, Bangalore, Karnataka
to the Family Court at Bhubaneswar, District, Khurda, Odisha.
4 The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to
the transferee court.

5 After transfer of the petition, the transferee court is directed to make all
endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter
without unnecessary adjournments.
6 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
