UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The petitioners have brought on record an affidavit purportedly affirmed
on 17th July, 2023 by the respondent at Punalur, Kerala before a notary public to
the effect that she does not intend to continue in service of the Life Insurance
Corporation of India-petitioner and that she has no objection if the final
judgment and order under challenge in the special leave petition is set aside.
