O R D E R
This present Transfer Petition has been filed by the
petitioner – wife for transfer of Divorce Petition bearing
No. 392 of 2018 titled “Abhishek Tyagi versus Bharti @
Mannu” from the Court of Additional Judge, Family Court,
Roorkee, Haridwar to a competent Court at Muzaffarnagar,
U.P.
We have heard the Counsel for the parties, and
considered the facts and circumstances of the case. We
think it appropriate to transfer the aforesaid case from
the Court of Additional Judge, Family Court, Roorkee,
Haridwar to a competent Court at Muzaffarnagar, U.P.
Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is allowed.
The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the
record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.

After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court
is directed to make all endeavour either for amicable
settlement or for early decision in the matter without
unnecessary adjournments.
