O R D E R

1. These petitions have been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking

transfer of the Registration Nos.1/2022 & 147/2022 both titled

as ‘Lt.Col.Gursimrandeep Singh vs. Maj.Nikita Thomas’ pending

before the Family Court, Principal Judge, Sri Ganganagar,

Rajasthan respectively to the Principal Judge, Family Court,

Nagpur (Maharashtra).

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.

3. We allow the Transfer Petitions and direct that the

Registration Nos.1/2022 & 147/2022 both titled as

‘Lt.Col.Gursimrandeep Singh vs. Maj.Nikita Thomas’

respectively be transferred from the Family Court, Principal

Judge, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan to the Principal Judge,

Family Court, Nagpur (Maharashtra).

4. The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of

the aforesaid case to the transferee court.

5. The transferee court shall make all possible endeavours first

for an amicable settlement between the parties, failing which

for early decision in the matter without unnecessary

adjournments.

6. The parties would be at liberty to appear in the proceedings

before the Family Court through the video conferencing

platform....
