1. Leave granted.
2. As per the counter affidavit filed by the
respondent-State there are three FIRs bearing FIR
No.183/2021 dated 24.05.2021 registered at Police Station
Ramganj, Ajmer, FIR No.195/2021 dated 01.06.2021
registered at Police Station Ramganj, Ajmer and FIR
No.139/2021 dated 01.06.2021 registered at Police Station
Alwar Gate, Ajmer, all of which have been registered
against the appellant under the Narcotic Drugs and
Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (in short “NDPS Act”).
3. Learned senior counsel for the appellant submits
that there is one more FIR No.197/2021 dated 23.05.2021
registered against the appellant under the NDPS Act at
Police Station Vishwakarma, Jaipur.
4. It further appears that all the FIRs pertain to
recovery of commercial quantity of prohibited
substances/narcotic drugs and psychotropic contrabands
like, Tramadol Hydrochloride, Alprazolam etc.

5. The learned Special Judge at Ajmer released the
appellant on regular bail, inter alia, observing that no
narcotic drug or psychotropic substance was recovered
from his possession; he has been named at the instance of
the co-accuse...
