1. The parties are present in person.
2. The application for discharge of the erstwhile advocate
for the petitioner is allowed.
3. The petitioner-wife seeks transfer of H.M.A. No.1021 of
2024, titled as “Shivom Bharti vs. Smt. Rakhi”, filed by the
respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955,
which is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court,
Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The petitioner-wife seeks transfer
thereof to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, Haryana.
4. The parties are a recently married couple, who got
married on 10.12.2023. Unfortunately, soon thereafter, they started
having various disagreements. Be that as it may, taking into
consideration the distance between the two places and upon
persuading the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on
the merits of the case, the Transfer Petition is allowed.
Accordingly, H.M.A. No.1021 of 2024, titled as “Shivom Bharti vs.

Smt. Rakhi”, filed by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the
Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which is pending before the Principal
Judge, Family Court, Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh is ordered to be
transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram,
